Cingulate takes the privacy and sevurity of your information seriously.

Confidentiality of Information

Cingulate acknowledges that it will have access to confidential and proprietary information of Client which constitutes valuable, special, and unique assets of Client.

The term “Confidential Information” shall mean all proprietary information which is known only to the Cingulate and Client relating to the Client’s business including, without limitation, employee information, business-related information, policies, and methods of operation, as such information may exist from time to time, which Cingulate acquired or obtained by virtue of the Services performed for Client, or which Cingulate may acquire or may have acquired knowledge of during the performance of said Services. Cingulate agrees to keep such information confidential and will act in accordance with any guidelines and applicable laws.

Cingulate shall not, during the Term or at any time thereafter, use for personal gain or detrimentally to Client all or part of the Confidential Information, or disclose or make available all or any part of the Confidential Information to any person, firm, corporation, association, or any other entity for any reason or purpose whatsoever, directly or indirectly, except as may be required for the benefit of Client pursuant to the Services hereunder, unless and until such Confidential Information becomes publicly available other than as a consequence of the breach by Cingulate of its confidentiality obligations hereunder.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Cingulate shall not be restricted from disclosing or using Confidential Information that: (i) is or becomes generally available to the public other than as a result of unauthorized disclosure by Cingulate; (ii) becomes available to Cingulate in a manner that is not in contravention of applicable law from a source (other than Cingulate or one of its or their officers, employees, agents or representatives) that is not known by Cingulate, after reasonable investigation, to be bound by a confidential relationship with Cingulate or by confidentiality or other similar agreement; or (iii) is required to be disclosed by law, court order or other legal process: provided, however, that in the event disclosure is required by law, court order or legal process, Cingulate shall provide Client, if legally permissible, with prompt notice of such requirement before the disclosure.

Client may at its own discretion share with Cingulate specific testimonials, experiences or photographs that can be disclosed. Cingulate may also request reviews from the Client that Cingulate will be allowed to publish in the media including social media.

Information we collect about you

We collect information from and about you in connection with your use of the Services. Some of this information may be considered “Personal Information” or “Personal Data” (as defined under applicable law) which is information that identifies you or your device or is reasonably associated with you.

We also collect, use, and disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you or your device, and is not considered Personal Information.

Information you provide

We collect information you provide to us which includes:

- Registration Information. When you register for certain Services, complete an application form, or respond to market research surveys, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address.

    When you purchase our service, we collect certain payment and identity verification information, including your name, email address, physical address, and credit card information.
  • Information you post and say on our Services.
    We may collect information when you post pre and post-work, or other content to our Services, which may include formal assessments, self-assessments, and personal information that you are open to sharing in order to increase the value of the outcome.
  • Your Correspondence and your feedback about Our Services.
    We collect the information you provide when you contact us directly or provide feedback, comments, or suggestions on our Services directly to us.
  • Information You Provide About Others.
    Sometimes, we may collect information you may provide about others, which may include names, emails, to refer your talent ecosystem contacts.

Use of Information

We may use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including to assess and improve the quality of the Cingulate’s Talent Reengineering services.

Intellectual Property

Any and all materials developed by Cingulate for its Clients shall be and remain the property of Cingulate.
